• We’re a small farm-loving crew who juggle many hats (sometimes all at once!). We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as we can, but it may take us a few days to reply. Thanks for your patience while we balance emails with coffee cups, donkeys, and garden gloves.
• Bookings are strongly recommended on weekends and school holidays. We strive to accomodate as many walk in and takeaway customers as possible, but once our 2 carparks are full, we have reached our capacity and booked, dine in customers will be prioritised. 
• Looking to book a table? Head to www.cubby.cafe/booknow 
• Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate bookings over 12 people in our restaurant however you can come in and grab a table in our farm grounds and order takeaway from Cubby Kiosk.
• To update or change your booking - please use the link on your booking confirmation email.
• We are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Public Holidays.

• Children's Birthday Parties: As our little farm café has grown, we’ve been blown away by how many families now visit us each week. With so many people wanting to experience the farm during opening hours, we’ve decided to focus on creating the best possible experience for everyone who comes to explore, play, and share good food together.

  For that reason, we’re no longer offering birthday party bookings during our opening hours.
  
  You’re always welcome to visit with your family, wander the grounds, meet the animals, and enjoy something delicious from our Cubby Kiosk (no booking needed).
  
  While we’re pausing children’s parties, we still love hosting grown-up milestone celebrations — including birthdays, engagements, weddings, and other private gatherings. These are held after hours, when the farm becomes something truly special at night.
