Q. Bookings - what's the story? Should I?
A. Absolutely. We have booked out for dine in nearly everyday, and bookings take priority in our carpark over walk ins. If the website says we are fully booked, you can shoot your shot and come visit. If we can squeeze you into the carpark and restaurant, we will. If not, you can purchase coffee and cabinet items from our drive through window.
Q. Are you dog friendly?
A. Unfortunately, no. We have free ranging birds and wildlife that would become stressed by having unfamiliar dogs around.
Q. Can I bring my own food and a picnic blanket?
A. No, sorry. We are a small business and your purchases of food and drink from us help keep the lights on, our animals fed, and Cubby Lane well maintained. Please support us by leaving anything at home and purchasing from Cubby Cafe. Baby food is permitted.
Q. I am having a birthday brunch, can I bring a cake?
A. Birthday cake is the only item we will permit for you to bring along. Please note we charge a small fee as 'cakeage', this covers us refrigerating, plating, cutting and serving this cake.
Q. I want to host my next event at 11 Acre Farm. Can I?
A. We are currently offering events at 11 Acre Farm after Cubby Cafe's business hours. This gives you exclusive use of the venue and facilities. Contact us on the function@11acre.farm for more information.
Q. Do you have a liquor license?
A. Not as yet, but something is in the works. Watch this space!
Q. I notice I had to give a pre-authorisation when booking my table, what does this mean?
A. We do not debit or hold any funds when you make a booking with us, however, if you are a 'no show' to your booking, or cancel within 12 hours of the booking, the amount quoted will be debited from your account.
